Our underground establishment boasts a stellar lineup of hand-crafted cocktails, a carefully curated selection of sustainable, natural, regenerative, and vegan wines, locally sourced snacks and small plates and a dedicated whiskey parlour featuring 400+ of the rarest and most renowned bottles across the globe. Open 7 days a week, join us for subterranean beats with live music performances by both well-established and emerging artists and DJs plying on the regular.

Step through the hidden doors, to uncover the finest single malts and rarest whiskeys from Ireland and beyond. Each sip promises a journey through the world’s most celebrated distilleries, set in a clandestine speakeasy, reminiscent of the prohibition era. Our collection includes more than 400 rare, quality bottles sourced from the best producers and collectors internationally. The very finest Scotch, Bourbon and Japanese bottles are represented here, but the focus, of course, is on Irish whiskeys. While there are lots of recognisable names on our shelves, there are many more exclusive and rare releases for you to discover. Our collection is always growing and evolving.
